Eligibility The Candidate should have passed the Law Degree or an equivalent degree from a recognized University by UGC with not less than 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST candidates of UP). The Candidates awaiting results of the qualifying examination can appear for the test on the condition that they produce proof of having passed the qualifying examination with the prescribed marks before or at the time of counselling.
